Türkiye’s Most Talented CNC Operators Have Been Selected

The excitement reached its peak in the final stage of CNC Masters, the competition organized by GNC Makina to identify Türkiye’s most talented CNC operators.

Among hundreds of operators applying from different cities across Türkiye, the finalists competed intensely for the grand prize.

Türkiye’s Most Skilled CNC Operators Took the Stage at CNC Masters

CNC Masters, which attracted significant attention from CNC professionals across the country, was organized in three stages: technical training, practical manufacturing applications, and jury evaluation. While finalist operators demonstrated their skills directly on CNC machines, the top three competitors were awarded at the end of the event.

The competition was organized between May 25 and June 28 with the aim of emphasizing the importance of the CNC operator profession within the manufacturing industry and encouraging professional development. The process began with online applications, continued with technical training sessions held at GNC Academy, and progressed through hands-on production performance assessments in the field.

At the final stage, operators from all around Türkiye showcased their machining skills in front of the jury on CNC machines.

Finalists Received Cash Prizes and Technical Equipment

The grand finale took place at the GNC Makina headquarters. Under equal conditions, finalists were challenged to machine a given part within three hours by utilizing all capabilities of the Nakamura-Tome SC100x2 machine.

Following detailed evaluations by a jury consisting of leading professionals from the industry:

• Hakan Soylu won first place and received 50,000 TL
• Efe Tosun received 30,000 TL
• Ferdi Cüci was awarded 20,000 TL

In addition, the top three finalists received various technical equipment prizes to support their professional development.

The Only Female Finalist Honored with a Special Award

One of the standout participants of this year’s CNC Masters was Helin Kınık, the competition’s only female finalist. Successfully reaching the final stage with her technical competence, Kınık drew attention through her performance during the manufacturing process.

In line with the goal of increasing the visibility of women in the manufacturing sector, Helin Kınık was presented with the “CNC Masters Courage Award.”

Evaluating the contribution of CNC Masters to the industry, GNC Makina Chairman of the Board Gökhan Çetinkaya stated:
