Applications have opened for the CNC Masters competition launched by GNC Makina for CNC operators.

As industrial production in Türkiye grows and technology continues to evolve, the need for qualified CNC operators is increasing every day. However, this need is not only about numbers; it also requires well-equipped professionals who are competent and up to date with modern technologies. With this in mind, GNC Makina is launching the CNC Masters competition to contribute to workforce quality in the sector and to bring young people together with production technologies.

The application process for CNC Masters will take place between May 25 and June 14. After the application period, 9 finalists who qualify for the competition will participate in special technical training sessions held at GNC Academy on June 20–21. Following the training, finalists will move on to the hands-on performance stage between June 24–26. In this stage, each participant will manufacture a given part on a CNC machine and be evaluated by expert jury members. Based on the jury’s assessment, the top three finalists will advance to the grand final on June 28, where they will receive their awards.

In CNC Masters, the first-place winner will receive 50,000 TL, the second-place winner 30,000 TL, and the third-place winner 20,000 TL. In addition to being selected as Türkiye’s most talented CNC operator, the top three finalists will also be awarded technical equipment prizes.

They will also receive technical training, improve their production capabilities, and gain the opportunity to reach millions through a high-production-scale organization. With CNC Masters Competition, we aim to guide young people toward this field, enhance the prestige of the profession, and take a strategic step toward Türkiye’s production future.”

The CNC Masters Competition will bring together students, industry representatives, public officials, and members of the press. The competitions will be held in audience-accessible areas and will also be streamed live simultaneously on the GNC TV YouTube channel.
