- Stock Check: Potential failure scenarios are evaluated and the necessary spare parts and equipment stock is checked.
- On-Site Visit: Our technical team visits the customer’s facility.
- Technical Inspection: The condition of the machine is examined in detail and required actions are identified.
- Quotation Process: After the inspection, pricing for all required operations is prepared and submitted to the customer.
- Operations Begin After Approval: Once customer approval is received, maintenance, repair, and adjustment procedures are carried out.
- Additional Procedures if Required: If additional parts or operations beyond the quotation are needed, customer approval is obtained before proceeding.
- Service Report Preparation: A detailed technical service report is prepared and shared with the customer.
