“Shaping the Future – GNC Future 2024 Meeting”
All employees participated in the “GNC Future 2024” motivation meeting organized by GNC Makina in Abant over the past weekend. At the event, which focuses primarily on employee development and customer satisfaction, a wide range of topics were discussed, including the company’s goals for 2024 and beyond, its strategies to become a preferred leading company in the sector, and its customer satisfaction-oriented approach. The program also featured engaging workshops.
GNC Makina, one of the key players in the machining industry, gathered with its employees in Abant over the weekend. Through its regularly held “GNC Future 2024” program, the company—known for its commitment to continuous development and innovation—discussed its future goals and the roadmap it will follow to achieve them.
At the event, topics such as the company’s strong and trustworthy brand image, employee development, and strategic objectives for 2024 and beyond were highlighted. Following the evaluation of 2023, a series of discussions focused on becoming a sector leader were conducted. The second day of the event continued with creative workshops involving all employees.
“We Will Continue to Grow and Develop Together”
The meeting, which opened with a speech by Gökhan Çetinkaya, featured a comprehensive presentation by General Manager Gökhan Yıldız.
Emphasizing that they remain committed to a customer-oriented approach without compromising the company’s core values, Yıldız stated:“We will do whatever it takes to properly fulfill our responsibilities with the goal of becoming the most preferred company in the industry. We will first listen to our customers, pay attention to their needs, make them feel valued, and adopt a non-judgmental, customer-focused approach while continuously raising our standards. This is our fundamental mindset. If our customers achieve their goals, it means we have achieved ours as well.”

Gökhan Yıldız emphasized that the adoption of company values by every individual is essential for achieving future goals, and continued his speech as follows:

Learning and Fun Combined
After a first day filled with presentations and activities, the second day featured creative workshops involving all employees. Led by theater and film artist Mert Öner, the workshops were both engaging and enjoyable for the team.
These interactive sessions went beyond fun activities. Participants had the opportunity to develop creative solutions to real workplace challenges and gain personal awareness. This helped strengthen teamwork and collaboration while also improving critical thinking skills.
