In the first stage of the process, candidates are invited to competency-based interviews conducted by Human Resources and the relevant department managers. Following the interview process, candidates are evaluated through personality and competency assessment tests. These tests provide deeper insight into the candidate’s working style, motivational drivers, and communication dynamics within a team. The data obtained is analyzed not only in terms of suitability for the position, but also with regard to long-term success and alignment with our corporate culture.
After all stages are completed, suitable candidates are presented with a job offer.
