Reducing Machining Time by 30% with Innovative Technologies

WY-100V Eliminates Fog in Production with “FogFree” Technology

The FogFree system, a built-in mist collector that requires no additional installation space, ducts, or hoses, uses a centrifugal (cyclonic) separation mechanism and a HEPA-class filter to capture 99.93% of fine particles down to 0.3μm. By preventing machining mist from affecting operations, it ensures a safer and more stable production environment.

One Step Further with ChronoCut Technology

Nakamura-Tome’s ChronoCut software, designed to reduce idle time, further enhances the speed of the WY-100V model by accelerating 15 different functions. These include spindle synchronization, C-axis positioning, reference point return, precision thread cutting, cutting/transfer operations, and machine coordinate system positioning. As a result, the system significantly boosts the overall speed performance of the WY-100V.
